It all started quite innocuously... Something happened in your life that affected you. Perhaps it was some situation, perhaps a separation from a partner, or, conversely, a new relationship, the acquisition of an expensive property that requires maintenance, or the opening of a new business... The situations could have been different. When it happened, you might have experienced it with joy or with sadness, or perhaps even with dread. But it happened. And it left an indelible mark on your daily emotional state.
Another possible cause could be a specific factor or condition that doesn't carry such a high level of emotional significance in its acute form. It's simply something you do constantly, either daily or several times a day or week. You do or experience it. For example, in my practice, someone came for a consultation with hand tremors and an inability to sleep peacefully. His stress was also a result of his daily inability to say no to those around him, constantly agreeing to things he didn't like, didn't suit, or felt comfortable with. But he couldn't say "no"... Ultimately, his level of self-aggression (anger at himself) for behaving this way became so high that it triggered the current state of affairs he found himself in. I should point out right away that I'm not a psychologist or a psychotherapist; I'm a healer with an innate gift, and I don't compare people's cases to psychotherapy textbooks in order to help them. I work more energetically, identifying the cause of the condition and healing/eliminating/rewriting memories, as well as healing the moment in the space-time continuum where the root cause of the condition occurred.
Unfortunately, people can't always track what's really happening to them. Often, people don't notice their bodies until they literally start signaling and "screaming" through illness or other physical abnormalities—hand tremors, involuntary facial expressions, insomnia, high blood pressure, so-called "emotional hunger," when the level of accumulated stress is so high that the body can't cope and you need some kind of "quick fix" to bring your state back to a more or less normal state. And what could be quicker and easier than eating high-calorie foods high in sugar or other simple carbohydrates, which, once absorbed into the bloodstream, will cause a temporary calming effect and at least minimal relaxation? Alcohol, smoking, and other substances are also included.
Through this article, I will try to guide you to a state where you will be free of the stress that bothers you, at least to some extent, and this will partially relieve the tension in your emotional state. Yes, this won't completely solve your problem here and now, but it can significantly ease your condition. Personal work is essential for a complete change.
So, sit down and relax right now. I am with you, gently holding your hand. Now we will enter the depths of your beautiful inner world. At first glance, it may seem like what I'm leading you to is darkness, something unknown and unseen before. This only seems so because you've never been in this state before. That's why it seems so strange and inexplicable. Trust me, everything will be for your benefit.
Relax, close your eyes, and focus your attention inward—for example, your chest area, inside. Or your lower abdomen, inside, where the lower intestines and genitals are.
I'm standing next to you, to your left.
Moving my left hand to the side, I turn on the switch, and the light comes on in this space. I leave, completely withdrawing my energy from your inner space and closing the door behind me. Now you are alone with yourself and your inner world.
Look at what you see around you. It's important not to try to mentally explain to yourself, "What's happening to me?" but to go with the process. You will feel better later. Let the connection between your lower abdomen and shoulders become clear within you. You may not understand why this is happening, and now you feel as if you've been "thrown" out of your inner world. Relax, breathe, and return to that inner space. Trust yourself. Focus your attention within your body, in the area between your shoulders and lower abdomen. Sometimes it's scary to see something inside yourself... but! It's simply there, already there. The idea that "it appeared" because you looked there isn't true, but it was there, and you simply finally saw it—that's true. Let your subconscious now reveal what you truly can and need to see in a safe way. Relax, breathe, and look with your inner gaze deep within your body, into the area between your shoulders and lower abdomen. Your inner world may reveal itself, and for everyone it will look different – a tree, a temple, an inner light, a desert… The images may vary. Put this article aside for a couple of minutes and (you can quickly rub your hands together to warm them up, place them on your stomach… saturate your stomach with the warmth of your hands) simply observe what's happening in your inner world, and then return to reading.
Observe yourself, bathe in the inner light! Or is there something dark there? Do you feel like something is out of place? Do you feel like you want to "move" it, fix it, or fill it with good, bright energy? Sensitive people may even experience some unpleasant physical sensations in some part of the body; place your hands there. I won't say "imagine," as I personally don't really believe in visualization. I suggest you relax and ask for pure white light from the Primary Source of all that exists in the Universe to envelop you from within and fill those "holes" and "imperfections." For as long as you wish, for as long as you are ready. Breathe, release tension... Feel how something physically relaxes within you, how anxiety and tension disappear. You can place your hands on the areas where you feel something relaxing, happening. Breathe relaxed and allow lightness to fill your body. You may be wondering, "How does this work?" Is it really that simple? Allow these questions to arise, but don't look for answers right now. After the session, you'll figure them out and ask yourself (or me). The most important thing now is to focus on your inner sensations, finding inner balance, harmony, and stability. Now is your time!
Now feel it—this is your time! To literally pamper yourself with your inner attention, love, and self-respect! To imbue yourself with a sense of self-respect, reverence, and love for yourself. Fill your inner glass with as much light as you need. Be aware if this isn't working because the light seems to be leaking somewhere, no matter how much you fill it (individual work on what specifically is "consuming" your energy is important here). But even now, you can slightly protect yourself from distractions... Feel... where are your thoughts now? Are you completely immersed in the process? Or is something interfering with or distracting you? Are you currently focusing your attention inward, or is your attention unfocused - thinking about past events or the future, about certain people, events, situations, and so on? It's as if you can't fully immerse yourself—this is what's truly troubling you. This is perhaps one of the main factors behind anxiety, chronic stress, and hand tremors. Why is this article structured this way? Because the underlying causes are unique to each person, and there are simply no "universal recipes for happiness"! It's easy to talk about "universal pills for all ills," but alas, they don't work! Therefore, right now, we can simply "alleviate" the situation without addressing the root of the problem, which is only possible through individual work.
I've had so many people come to me who've taken antidepressants and seen traditional psychologists... they came with unresolved issues, because superficial methods don't work to help people permanently. Alas. Honesty with yourself and your life—"what I really want, what's truly important to me"—and where in my life am I doing something so unpleasant, inappropriate, unsuitable, something I dislike so much, something that hurts me, causes discomfort, fear, and anxiety, that I've ended up in such a stressful state. I'm all for changing your real life and the factors that cause discomfort. There's another approach: if you can't change the situation, change your attitude toward it. But in reality, it all works even deeper – you yourself, with your unconscious thoughts and settings, attracted this event into your life. And now you're simply faced with the result. Yes, it's unpleasant to acknowledge this, and yes, you want to find an enemy "from the outside," but alas, this won't help you completely; it can only temporarily alleviate the situation. Only a sincere understanding of yourself and your false motives, such as "why did I attract this situation into my life?", can truly change this situation. Few are willing to go to such a deep level of self-honesty. But those who are will definitely win this "battle" with their circumstances, and the factors that trigger tension, hand tremors, mild excitability, involuntary facial expressions, and insomnia will diminish or disappear entirely. Happiness is a choice; when we stop choosing unhappiness, happiness fills our lives. Let's find out! ;)
